We are looking forward to serving all our customers at our Farmers Market on Thursday. As a special treat we will have the lovely Annie with us, making her yearly appearance selling her wonderful pumpkin and squashes, along with free advice and recipes too!!
We are also excited to have 2 new producers with us this time: Lucie of Liliwen Herbs www.liliwenherbs.com who sells potted herbs, dried herbs and herbal teas as well as a variety of skincare products using her own home grown herbs. Sitting comfortably alongside Lucie is her partner Nick who makes the most fabulous pottery www.kitchen-pottery.co.uk.
All our usual stallholders will be attending, selling a variety of wares including: pork, sausages, venison, cheese, seasonal vegetables, fruit, bread, cakes, desserts, chocolates, fudge, marshmallow, honeycomb, nut brittle, olives and tasty treats for your pets
Unfortunately Queen Bee Honey will not be with us this month nor Gourmet Gardener. As many of you may know Simon and Amy have just opened a shop in Llanellen, so until they find their feet their attendance at the market will be sporadic but if you did particularly want some of their produce, then why not pop along and support a local business
We are unsure at the moment whether the front entrance to the market will be open and are awaiting confirmation from the council.
The weather is looking reasonable for the time of year, Certainly drier than of late!!!
See you there
