We are a traditional Dairy Farm, which includes a pedigree herd of Gloucester Cattle, located in the Severn Vale producing handmade, unpasteurised Gloucester Cheeses. Now in our 30th year of making

Single Gloucester – A light young Cheese, made with skimmed & whole milk, matured for 60 days, clean on the palate with a lemony finish.

Double Gloucester – Smooth, rich and mellow, made with whole milk, matured for 5 months

Aged Double Gloucester – Usually over 12 months of age, full flavoured with a sharper finish

Harefield – Aged for 2 years, nutty and sweet an alternative to Parmesan
