Beverly Reed is the owner of Creative Food, producing high quality patisserie, chocolates and all things sweet, selling them at Usk and Abergavenny Farmers Markets.
Her love affair with food began after leaving catering college and making a false start as a waitress in a Harrogate Forte Hotel. She returned to the kitchen and spent several years building up a dizzying CV, which included spells as a pâtissier at Claridges in London and Michelin starred restaurants at Château de Montreuil in France, Stuckis and Der Walserhof in Switzerland and L’Ortolan near Reading. After which Beverly moved into food manufacturing developing recipes for a bakery supplying cakes and desserts to Marks and Spencer and then developing new flavours of ice cream for Thayers ice-cream. In 2001 Beverly decided to set up on her own and now has a loyal following that regularly seek her out
